Outreach  

The YFS Homelessness Outreach team goes out to wherever there are people in need. We provide support, information and advice to people who are without permanent stable accommodation in the Logan region. We support those who find themselves homeless or sleeping rough in parks, temporary shelters, tents, vehicles, or any other place where they find themselves seeking shelter.

The YFS Homelessness Outreach team assists in breaking down the barriers preventing people from having a place to call home and links them in with supports to enable them to progress into stable, affordable housing for the future.
